We endeavor to ship orders received and processed by 10:00AM EST the same day. Orders received Friday (after 10AM EST) through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday

International Shipping

Returns
We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our product. And you can, because we stand behind every product we make. If you are located in the United States you may return merchandise purchased online within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. If you desire to return your merchandise, it is free and easy to do. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for FREE returns.
Return Policy
We accept any product in resalable condition (Like new, Unworn with tags attached) for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping and handling.
Making a Return
To make a return, e-mail a Tokyo Five Customer Service Representative at customer-service@tokyofivebrand.com and request to have a UPS pre-paid return label e-mailed to you for FREE returns. In your e-mail please include your order #, reason for returning and which items you’d like to return. ***Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of returned items.
